Does it work for dogs too?
Yes — cats and dogs both look lovely, and fluffy or light-colored pets glow especially nicely in the backlight.
What kind of photo should I upload?
A clear, well-lit photo of your pet with its face visible — one pet per photo works best. Photos must not show people: we only accept photos of animals.
How long does it take?
Most videos are ready in a few minutes. You can leave the page; finished videos show up under My videos.
What do I get?
A 10-second MP4 video (480p / 720p / 1080p — higher quality uses more credits) with original music or sound, in vertical 9:16 or landscape 16:9 — ready for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and messaging apps.
What if a video fails?
If generation fails, the credits go straight back to your balance. You are never charged for a video you didn’t get.
Is this a subscription?
No. You buy a credit pack once and use the credits whenever you like within 12 months. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
Can you make a template from a video I like?
Yes — send the link to support@petidol.party and tell us what you’d like your pet to do. If it’s a good fit (pets only, no people), we’ll make our own original version and add it as a new template.
